If you are a viatical broker soliciting for a viatical provider, a viatical provider considering accepting a viator from a viatical broker, or an investment agent soliciting investors for viatical settlements, it is important that you know which entities are licensed to solicit or offer a viatical settlement.

Please note: It is illegal for any person or entity to solicit viatical settlement business on behalf of an unlicensed viatical provider or viatical broker. Also, it is illegal for an unlicensed viatical provider or viatical broker to accept viatical settlement business from Nevada consumers.
