Agent Advisory Council 

The Agent Advisory Council is the newest of the Division of Insurance’s advisory boards. This Council is made up of 15 Nevada producers, representing the various types of agencies and lines of insurance being sold in this state. Producers deal directly with Nevada’s consumers on the purchase of insurance products, providing the Commissioner of Insurance with guidance and insight on various insurance issues impacting producers and their consumers.  With approximately 16,000 resident and 105,000 non-resident producer licensees, this group represent the largest segment of licensees regulated by the Division.
