Insurance Commissioner Barbara D. Richardson has announced her intention to create the Agent’s Advisory Council for the State of Nevada. This Council will be made up of Nevada licensed resident producers of insurance, for the purpose of advising the Commissioner on producer and consumer issues facing our state. In addition, our Council will serve as a conduit with the agent and broker communities for programs and ideas to be addressed.

It is anticipated that meetings will be held three to four times each year.
