Second Network Adequacy Advisory Council meeting was held on July 22, 2016

CARSON CITY, NV – The Commissioner’s Network Adequacy Advisory Council conducted its meeting on Friday, July 22, 2016, at 10 a.m. PST. This was the second meeting in a series of public meetings being held at the Nevada Division of Insurance in order for the Council to recommend additional standards for determining whether a network plan is adequate for plan year 2018. Council recommendations must be provided to the Commissioner on or before September 15, 2016.

The meeting was conducted at the Nevada Division of Insurance in Carson City with a simultaneous video conference on Friday, July 22, 2016, at 10 a.m. PST in Las Vegas at the below locations:
