Nevada Division of Insurance offices are closed to the public but still serving consumers

Carson City, NV – Due to COVID-19 and for everyone’s safety, Division's offices in Carson City and Las Vegas are closed to walk in traffic. However, the Division is still serving consumers.

“Even though the public cannot physically come into the offices, Division staff are still working and serving consumers via email, phone, or online,” said Insurance Commissioner Barbara Richardson. “The Division is committed to serve the public while keeping everyone’s health and safety in mind.”

Consumers, licensees, and the general public are encouraged to contact the Division by visiting the Division’s website at www.doi.nv.gov. Consumers who need to file a complaint can do so by filling out a form online at: http://doi.nv.gov/Consumers/File-A-Complaint/.

Division’s offices will remain closed until further notice.
