Can I share the Consumer Guides with my classes? 

Please do! The guides may be downloaded or printed for student/consumer education.

I was told the state increased rates and that is why premiums increased for my personal insurance. Is that true? 

Insurers each set their own rates, with personal line rates requiring approval by the State of Nevada. The State doesn’t set the rates.
