Continuing Education Providers

The Nevada Division of Insurance requires providers to submit applications for providers and courses electronically via Sircon.  The Division has contracted with Pearson VUE for processing of applications for continuing education providers and courses. 

How to Submit an Application for a Provider or Course Approval 

Use Vertafore’s Compliance ExpressTM (Sircon) at www.sircon.com to submit provider and course applications, offerings, rosters and certifications.  All transactions completed through Compliance Express are processed and delivered to the Division in real time. For billing and technical information, contact Sircon Support at (517) 381-3860. 

Filing Fee 

The course review fee is $40 per course.  Vertafore will invoice the provider monthly for all transactions that are completed the previous month.  Do not send payment to Pearson VUE or to Nevada.

Application Review 

Pearson VUE performs CE course reviews based on guidelines provided from the Nevada Division of Insurance.  Providers may contact Person VUE for information regarding Nevada insurance education courses. Contact information:
