Address Change

Nevada law requires any licensee of the Division of Insurance to inform the Commissioner of each change of business, residence or electronic address within 30 days after the change.   

All in-state address changes must be made through NIPR or Sircon.com (fees may apply). Address changes from one state to another could require applying for a new license (i.e. from a resident to a non-resident) and can be requested using the Individual Update Form. 

The Commissioner requires all address changes be made through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) or Sircon which are available on the Division's "Online Resources" page.  (Fees may apply.) 

Failure to maintain a current address with the Division may result in the loss of the license.
