Commissioner's Producers & Brokers Insurance Advisory Committee

The Commissioner's Producers & Brokers Insurance Advisory Committee (formerly the Agent Advisory Council) is made up of Nevada producers, representing the various types of agencies and lines of insurance being sold in this state. Producers deal directly with Nevada’s consumers on the purchase of insurance products, providing the Commissioner of Insurance with guidance and insight on various insurance issues impacting producers and their consumers.  With approximately 21,000 resident and 196,000 non-resident individual producer licensees, this group represents the largest segment of licensees regulated by the Division.
